Russell takes up the stage with full force, humor knows no boundaries or rules as your belongings go flying into his pockets and your lungs fill with air trying to catch your breath between what might be laughing and awe.

This is indeed the Fox in sheep's clothing, and Russell is not to be underestimated, he is as loyal to his fans as a cat is to a sofa, and will make you feel like you’re at home in his company.

Russell Fox born to South Africa in a small town, well back then it was. Russell was one of the kids on the block with character that stirred laughter from friends and family. His first box of tricks at the age of six was a curios little box called Hocus Pocus, and with this he tried to entertain mates and family with small shows created by none other than himself.  Growing up in an arty family Mum playing guitar and painting, dad on piano accordion and brother guitarist and artist was just the norm for Russell, finding himself playing an array of instruments and very passionate about performing, and in this his life of entertainment began.

Always being the kind of guy to mimic with accents and acting nutty, weather with music or just a character for friends at braai's etc. His personality began developing at a young age and carried him into the Comedian Magician he is today.

Finally the arts took his heart completely and he dedicated his time to the art of Comedy and Magic, Performing as he traveled worldwide learning as he toured developing fine tuning and creating shows that knock the socks off those who watch them.

Argus deems him as one of South Africa's best, and his international tours without a doubt prove this. Performing in countries such as United Kingdom, United States, Seychelles and Namibia and nationally through South Africa working alongside the likes of Kurt Schoonraad, Mark Palmer, Dr Cope, Wolfgang Riebe, Jenny the giggling Gourmet, Mel Muller, Andrew Magic Man and Carlo Mcfarlane. Currently he owns the Only Theater of Magic in Cape Town that creates a world class venue for the corporate market to experience an evening of pure wonder dinned and entertained by South Africa's top Illusionist, Comedians and Jazz artists with a 1920's Cabaret feel. 

Currently he also plays with a local Jazz African Duo called Nuka alongside phenomenal singer songwriter Nadia Kruger.

His list of corporate clients starts with companies such as Brand House, British American Tobaccos, Volvo, BMW, Caledon Hotel, Lord Charles Hotel Group. Three Cities Hotel Group, Vodacom and the list goes on and on.
